MDS can ship with using client shipper numbers for ease of accounting and to accrue the benefits of corporate-wide volume discounts. MDS can also ship under its own carrier account numbers. The latter involves internal departmentalization for easy charge-back to client, department, and project. MDS passes along aggressive hundredweight pricing for qualifying aggregate UPS shipments shipped under the MDS UPS number.

Through MDS Package Services your flats and parcels can ship for 20% to 40% less than common standard ground methods. MDS leverages zone-skipping, package consolidation, and pre-sorting techniques to expedite package shipments at considerable savings. The service includes electronic tracking, delivery confirmation, delivery to PO boxes, no residential or delivery area surcharges, and Saturday delivery. E-commerce, P&I, and Catalog Fulfillment ventures are being targeted for this service by MDS because of the tremendous shipping savings and fast, reliable 3-7 day delivery.
