Direct Response is the term we apply to a special category of fulfillment services supporting a variety of marketing and promotional programs. Direct response campaigns are typically characterized by the following three basic qualities.

      1.  A purchase is made associated with, or encouraged by a special offer.
      2.  A response is required to receive something in return for information            supplied and for meeting certain requirements of the offer.
